1:1 meetings where the session focus is on you, your experiences, your story, and discuss where we can begin to heal.

Sliding scale is available.

Couples, Family, and Group Therapy

This space is where you gain insights, restore, and build relationships with another person or a group.

For family therapy, who joins is flexible i.e. parents with their child, child with one parent, siblings, or relatives.

For group therapy, numbers can range from minimum 5 to 10 people.

Insurance

If you would like to pay through insurance, let me know during the consultation call or at any time you would like me to run the insurance. I submit your insurance information through my partners at the insurance agencies or you can submit it yourself manually, it is up to you. Your copay will differ depending on the amount you paid for your deductible.
